Who We Are
Santana Home Solutions is a General Contractor that focuses on residential remodeling and new construction in the greater Seattle area. Our goal is to provide our clients with a professional experience and workmanship to industry standards or better. An eye for detail and quality are applied to all jobs regardless of size.
How We Work
1.It all begins with a phone call or email conversation to make sure we are a good fit for your project, Once confirmed a good fit, we will schedule an in person meeting at your home or the site of the project with all stakeholders involved present to avoid delays with project.

2. Once we discuss the scope of work in detail, we will establish a budget and provide you with an estimate for your project.
3. You will need to collaborate with a designer and/or architect and make a plan with details for your project. (depending on job size)

4. Now that there is a plan, we select materials and finishes to provide with a more realistic estimate. We gather bids from subcontractors and walk you through permitting or take care of it on your behalf.
